Each Committee Chairman is responsible for all Program arrangements including:

  1. Contact the restaurant for a luncheon meeting and reserve the date.
  2. Select the menu.
  3. Send notification of the meeting to the Bulletin Editor one month prior to the meeting date.
  4. Activate the Calling Committee, Jane Burns, Chairman, 293-6660 or 264-2977.
  5. Take the complete charge of the meeting.
  6. Give publicity information to the Public Relations Chairman, Jody Comer, 264-7128 one month prior to the meeting.
  7. Bring plans to the Board of Directors for discussion and decision making.
  8. Obtain approval from the Board of Directors prior to taking any action.
